GodMother got 3D

March 20th, 2009

The guys and girls at the GodMother agency wished their logo to be three-dimensional.

The GodMother trick was handmade and personalized, every single piece, with a dedication and the name of the lady that received it. Yes, it was GodMother’s present for the ladies clients on 8 March, and it was wrapped in a very nice package also.  And now look at the girls hanging around as a gang.

Monsters vs Aliens

February 26th, 2009

“Humans of Earth, I come in peace, everyone will die!” : ) this is the line that the alien red creature says to the humans on the arrival. Monsters vs Aliens, an IMAX 3D Experience from DreamWorks, will be out in March 2009, I can’t wait to see it in our cinemas in 10th April!.. I hope.

The other funny poster you can see on Monsters vs Aliens blog

Summary: When a meteorite from outer space hits a young California girl named Susan Murphy and turns her into a giant monster, she is taken to a secret government compound where she meets a ragtag group of monsters also rounded up over the years. As a last resort, under the guidance of General W.R. Monger, on a desperate order from The President, the motley crew of Monsters is called into action to combat the aliens and save the world from imminent destruction!

Coraline release today

February 9th, 2009

Coraline is out today. It’s the First Handmade Movie, stop motion animated and shot entirely in stereoscopic 3D. I just can wait to see it in 3D cinema! If the details about the making of the movie, that I wrote 2 weeks ago about, were interesting and made you eager to see the film, the Direct Mail campaign for bloggers, made me gelous. The Wieden + Kennedy Portland agency sent to each of 50 bloggers a handmade box with artefacts from the movie itself.

Each box is unique, and contains different parts: one is with hands, one with different hairstyle, one with tools, … you name it. Each box is awsome, I wonder how to steal one…

Here you can see the first 3, and if you click on “More about..” you’ll enjoy the other ones.  Let me know which one is your favorite one.

No. 01 - Tomopop

No. 02 - Kiss the Librarian

No. 03 – Stainless Steel Droppings

Up

January 24th, 2009

A house flying with a million balloons, an old balloon salesman Carl Fredricksen, a little boy Russell, a new Pixar comedy. UP – a film that will be released soon, in May. It’s written by Bob Peterson, who also wrote Finding Nemo, and directed by Peter Docter, who also directed Monster Inc.

I wonder: who is that tiny bird from the house? I’ll find it only in the summer…ha..

But I find other juicy details in the Pixar’s synopsis: “Carl Fredricksen spent his entire life dreaming of exploring the globe and experiencing life to its fullest. But at age 78, life seems to have passed him by, until a twist of fate (and a persistent 8-year old Wilderness Explorer named Russell) gives him a new lease on life. Up takes audience on a thrilling journey where the unlikely pair encounter wild terrain, unexpected villains and jungle creatures.”
